Refund & Cancellation Policy

All orders placed at PTB Racing USA are final. Due to the custom and performance-critical nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us at info@ptbracingusa.com within 24 hours. We will review your request, but cannot guarantee approval.
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued if PTB Racing USA is unable to fulfill your order, or if a product arrives damaged or defective.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.

Chargeback disputes filed outside of these terms may result in account restrictions for future purchases.
