By placing an order with PTB Racing USA, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All products sold by PTB Racing USA are performance automotive parts intended for motorsport and off-road use only. 
Products are not intended for use on public roads unless explicitly stated. 
Installation must be performed by a qualified professional. 
PTB Racing USA assumes no liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or installation by an unqualified individual.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. 
Any discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods must be reported to info@ptbracingusa.com within 48 hours of delivery. 
Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted, as PTB Racing USA cannot verify the condition of the shipment or rule out third-party interference after delivery.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. 
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability
PTB Racing USA shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on ptbracingusa.com, including images, text, and logos, is the property of PTB Racing USA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. 
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
