Configure your PTB-RACING Twin Disc Clutch Kit for high-performance Audi 2.2T five-cylinder applications.
Designed for demanding turbocharged engine builds, this system combines a precision-engineered Single Mass Flywheel with selectable friction disc materials and Standard or Performance Pressure Plate options.
The flywheel features a trigger and reference pin arrangement intended for use with programmable aftermarket engine management systems.
With six available clutch configurations, the system can be tailored to your engine's torque output and intended application, from high-performance street use to dedicated motorsport.
Available Configuration Options
Flywheel
PTB-RACING Single Mass Flywheel (SMF) with trigger and reference pin.
Included with every configuration. No dual mass flywheel option is available.
Pressure Plate Options
Standard Pressure Plate
Designed for high-performance street and track applications with manageable pedal effort and controlled clutch engagement.
Performance Pressure Plate
Provides increased clamping force for higher torque applications. Pedal effort may be higher compared with the Standard version.
Friction Disc Options
Organic / Organic
Two organic friction discs offering progressive engagement and improved low-speed controllability.
Recommended for high-performance street applications.
Sinter / Organic
One sintered and one organic friction disc, combining increased performance capability with more controlled engagement than a fully sintered configuration.
Suitable for high-output street and track applications.

Organic friction discs provide progressive engagement characteristics, making them suitable for performance-oriented street vehicles.
Mixed Sinter / Organic configurations offer a balance between torque capacity and controlled engagement.
Full Sinter / Sinter configurations prioritize direct engagement and motorsport performance over everyday driving comfort.
The Single Mass Flywheel provides a direct drivetrain connection. Compared with a dual mass flywheel, additional transmission rattle and drivetrain vibrations may occur.
Engine Management and Trigger Compatibility
The Single Mass Flywheel is equipped with a trigger and reference pin arrangement for use with programmable aftermarket engine management systems.
Trigger signal configuration, sensor compatibility and ECU settings must be verified and calibrated for the specific engine management system.
Compatibility with the original factory ECU and factory trigger configuration is not guaranteed.
