The PTB-RACING Competition Twin Disc Clutch Kit is designed for high-output Audi S4 and RS4 B5 2.7T applications where maximum torque transmission, direct clutch engagement and performance under demanding operating conditions are the priorities.

Featuring a Sinter / Sinter twin disc configuration, a PTB-RACING Single Mass Flywheel and a Performance Pressure Plate, this setup delivers the highest recommended torque capacity available in our Audi B5 2.7T twin disc range.

Developed for high-boost engines, drag racing, roll racing and dedicated motorsport applications.

Driving Characteristics

The Competition configuration prioritizes torque capacity and direct engagement over everyday driving comfort.

The two sintered friction discs provide more aggressive engagement characteristics than organic friction materials, particularly during low-speed maneuvering and stop-and-go traffic.

The Performance Pressure Plate provides increased clamping force. Higher pedal effort may be noticeable compared with our Standard Pressure Plate configurations.

The Single Mass Flywheel offers a direct drivetrain connection. Increased transmission rattle and drivetrain vibrations may occur compared with a dual mass flywheel.

Maximum Torque Capacity: 1600 Nm / 1180 ft-lb

Actual torque capacity may vary depending on engine calibration, operating temperatures, vehicle setup, tire grip and clutch break-in procedure.
