BMW N55 Club Sport – Twin Disc Clutch Kit

The PTB-RACING Club Sport Twin Disc Clutch Kit is engineered for high-performance BMW N55 applications that demand direct power transmission, high torque capacity and reliable clutch engagement.

Combining a Single Mass Flywheel with Sinter / Organic friction discs and a Standard Pressure Plate, this configuration delivers a performance-oriented driving experience while retaining more progressive engagement than a full sintered clutch system.

The Club Sport version is designed for modified street cars, spirited driving and occasional track use.

Driving Characteristics

The Single Mass Flywheel provides a direct connection between the engine and transmission, reducing rotating complexity compared with a dual mass flywheel.

The Sinter / Organic friction combination provides strong torque transmission while offering more progressive engagement than a Sinter / Sinter setup.

Compared with our CNC Dual Mass Flywheel configurations, additional drivetrain vibrations and transmission rattle may occur, particularly at idle and low engine speeds.
