The PTB-RACING Custom Configuration Twin Disc Clutch Kit allows you to build a clutch system tailored to your specific BMW N55 vehicle, power level and driving style.

Choose between our CNC Dual Mass Flywheel and Single Mass Flywheel, combined with three different friction disc configurations to create the ideal setup for your application.

Driving Characteristics

Organic / Organic

Designed for progressive clutch engagement and comfortable everyday driving. Recommended for powerful street vehicles where drivability is a priority.

Sinter / Organic

A combination of organic and sintered friction materials, offering increased torque capacity while retaining more progressive engagement than a full sintered configuration. Suitable for street and track applications.

Sinter / Sinter

A performance-focused configuration with more direct engagement characteristics. Recommended for demanding track and motorsport applications where maximum torque capacity is the priority.

CNC Dual Mass Flywheel

Incorporates torsional damping to help reduce drivetrain vibrations and transmission rattle compared with a conventional single mass flywheel.

Single Mass Flywheel

Provides direct power transmission with a simpler flywheel construction. Increased drivetrain vibrations and transmission noise may occur, particularly at idle and low engine speeds.
