The PTB Racing 240mm Twin Disc Clutch Kit is engineered for high-performance VW and Audi 1.8T 20V Turbo applications equipped with a compatible 02M 6-speed manual transmission.

Rated for 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of continuous engine torque, this system combines one sintered and one organic torsion-damped clutch disc with a precision-machined steel single-mass flywheel and a Standard pressure plate.

The Sinter / Organic configuration offers increased torque capacity and thermal resistance while retaining more progressive engagement characteristics than a fully sintered twin-disc system.

Designed for high-output street cars and demanding street/track applications.

Tangential Spring-Mounted Intermediate Plate

The intermediate plate is supported by tangential springs to assist with controlled separation during clutch disengagement.

Engine torque is transmitted through dedicated mechanical drive features rather than through the tangential springs.

Vehicle Compatibility

Designed for compatible VW and Audi 1.8T 20V Turbo applications equipped with the 02M 6-speed manual transmission.

Verify engine code, transmission configuration and input shaft compatibility before ordering.

Not suitable for 02J 5-speed, DSG or automatic transmissions.
