The PTB Racing 240mm Twin Disc Clutch Kit is developed for high-performance VW and Audi 2.0 TFSI applications equipped with a compatible 02Q 6-speed manual transmission and 6-bolt crankshaft mounting configuration.

The system combines two torsion-damped organic clutch discs with a precision-machined steel single-mass flywheel, a preassembled tangential spring-mounted intermediate plate and a Standard pressure plate.

Designed for high-performance street applications, the Organic / Organic configuration prioritizes smooth engagement and predictable clutch control.

Tangential Spring-Mounted Intermediate Plate

The intermediate plate is supported by tangential springs that assist with controlled separation during clutch disengagement.

Engine torque is transmitted through dedicated mechanical drive features rather than through the tangential springs.

Vehicle Compatibility

Designed for compatible VW and Audi 2.0 TFSI applications equipped with a 6-bolt crankshaft and 02Q 6-speed manual transmission.

Engine code, transmission code and crankshaft bolt pattern must be verified before ordering.

Not compatible with 8-bolt crankshaft configurations, DSG or automatic transmissions.
