The PTB Racing 240mm Twin Disc Clutch Kit is engineered for high-performance Volkswagen and Audi 2.0 TFSI / TSI applications equipped with a compatible 02Q 6-speed manual transmission and 8-bolt crankshaft configuration.

Featuring two torsion-damped organic friction discs, a precision-machined steel single-mass flywheel and a Standard pressure plate, this system combines high torque capacity with predictable engagement and street-friendly clutch characteristics.

Designed for modified street vehicles and demanding performance applications.

Tangential Spring-Mounted Intermediate Plate

The intermediate plate uses tangential springs to assist with controlled separation during clutch disengagement.

Engine torque is transmitted through dedicated mechanical drive features rather than through the tangential springs.

Vehicle Compatibility

Designed for compatible VW and Audi 2.0 TFSI / TSI engines with an 8-bolt crankshaft and 02Q 6-speed manual transmission.

Compatibility with specific Golf GTI, Audi A3, Audi TT, Seat Leon and Skoda Octavia applications must be confirmed by engine code, gearbox code and crankshaft mounting configuration.

Golf 7 and Golf 8 applications require individual fitment confirmation.

Not compatible with 6-bolt crankshafts, DSG or automatic transmissions.
